Pousada Chácara VIVALLI offers a serene retreat amidst greenery, providing a peaceful escape from urban life while remaining accessible to Holambra's attractions. Its tranquil and organized setting is ideal for those with a vehicle, offering a harmonious blend of country charm and proximity to the city. The inn's location, though slightly distant from the city center, is noted for its calm atmosphere, making it suitable for extended stays.
The breakfast at Pousada Chácara VIVALLI receives high praise for its taste, variety, and the careful preparation by the attentive staff, especially Mr. Valdecir and Mrs. Vilma. Guests appreciate the selection of breads, cakes, and fresh fruits, contributing to a delightful start to their day. Even with calls for more options, the overall breakfast experience remains excellent.
Rooms are characterized by their exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness, with high-quality linens contributing to a luxurious feel. The lack of air conditioning is noted, but rooms are generally airy and close to the breakfast area. While room cleaning is only offered every three days, the overall comfort and hygiene of the rooms are consistently praised.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Pousada Chácara VIVALLI, with guests applauding the meticulous upkeep and organization throughout the inn. The peaceful, family-oriented environment, adorned with fruit trees, enhances the inviting atmosphere, making it a charming place to unwind.
The staff, notably the owners, Mr. Valdecir and Mrs. Vilma, are celebrated for their exceptional hospitality, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Guests appreciate the personalized attention and helpfulness, which significantly enhance their experience.
While the accommodation provides a pleasant and clean environment, opinions about the beds are mixed, with some guests finding them comfortable and others noting issues with softness.
