What is the history of the property? We found Roman ruins in the cellar and we exhibit them on the internal terrace. The palace was owned by a Florentine nobleman who traded precious in Verona, in front of an ancient convent of nuns which housed a pawnshop. During the Habsburg occupation of Vienna it was renovated and raised and inside the Bed and Breakfast there are the writings of the time and the symbol of the Florentine noble's house.
What was the era and/or the architectural style in which the property was built? Medieval era along with some roman ruins, probably the palace was build in the XXVII century on 1200/1300 and Roman ruins
Is the property surrounded by other historic buildings? Yes, all around historical palaces and the Fontana del Ferro and Duke Court of the King of Longobardi along with pagan temples and churches.
Has restoration work taken place? Yes, recently in 2015
