Moreover, the WI-FI service often does not work and there is a lack of water pressure. The service from the staff is hit-or-miss; some receptionists appear unhelpful and inadequately informed.

The hotel's location is somewhat convenient, being relatively close to Pacuci Beach, but this advantage does little to compensate for its shortcomings. For the price of 450 lei per night for a triple room, many guests feel it does not provide good value for money. Overall, substantial investment is needed to bring Hotel Megalos up to a true three-star standard.
