The diverse and high-quality selection at the dinner buffet, coupled with elegant presentation and top-notch service, ensures a memorable dining experience. Rooms at Cinnamon Lakeside are generally spacious and comfortable with modern amenities and lovely views of the lake or skyline. However, there are occasional comments about dated interiors and a need for refurbishment. The staff stand out for their professionalism and hospitality, receiving consistent praise for their friendliness and helpfulness across various departments. The hotel's complimentary WiFi offers mixed experiences with connectivity being a concern for some guests. The spa and gym facilities, although sometimes under renovation, provide excellent services and are well-equipped, though gym staff have received some criticism for unhelpfulness.
