The Marlin - Cocoa Beach is a perfect spot for vacationers looking for the ultimate beach experience. The hotel's proximity to the water and convenience to the beach are some of its best features. With great access to the beach, guests can take in the beautiful views of Cocoa Beach steps away from their hotel rooms. The location of The Marlin - Cocoa Beach is fantastic with easy access to food, shopping and restaurants. The hotel's right on the beach location and pretty much everything you need nearby make it an excellent choice for beach goers. The price for such an excellent location is also very reasonable. The hotel also offers facilities such as a kitchen for guests to make their meals. If you're looking for a quiet place right on the beach, then The Marlin - Cocoa Beach is perfect for you.

The Marlin - Cocoa Beach offers a great location for visitors, located right on the beach and within walking distance to everything you need. While some guests found the rooms to be a bit dated in terms of furniture and establishment, they still found them functional and well-maintained. The inside of the condos was updated and well-cared for, though some guests noted that the bathroom and furniture could use an update.
