Guests frequently praise the hotel's breakfast, noting it as hearty and excellent with a variety of selections including regional cheese, cold cuts, fresh pastries and homemade jams. The friendly service and the bright breakfast room further enhance the morning experience. Although some guests feel the breakfast price could be more favorable or the selection more varied, the overall quality leaves a positive impression.

The accommodations, while described as somewhat dated, are commended for their cleanliness and comfort. Family rooms are particularly spacious and suitable for groups. Despite some minor issues with bathroom lighting and temperature adjustments, the hotel's tranquil atmosphere is highly appreciated, contributing to a restful stay. Cleanliness across the hotel is consistently praised with many guests highlighting the immaculate state of the rooms and common areas.

Parking receives mixed reviews. While the proximity to free street parking and the option of a rented garage are appreciated, some guests suggest that designated parking spots could enhance the experience.

For families, Hôtel de l'Aviation proves to be a great choice with its spacious, clean family rooms and accommodating amenities. The central location, welcoming staff and amenities like the pool and game room are well-received by families, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

Though the beds receive mixed feedback regarding firmness and pillow availability, many guests find them comfortable and the bedding satisfactory. Overall, Hôtel de l'Aviation offers a commendable stay with notable strengths in location, cleanliness, staff service and family-friendly features.
