The professional and friendly staff are exceptional and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The hotel is rated as real 5 star and the best on the island. The facilities and services provided are superb and guests have rated the resort as an exceptional choice. The Guest Relations team, especially Nadia, was excellent. The variety of activities available makes your stay enjoyable and memorable. Although a few guests have mentioned that the cost is high and the resort doesn't meet the 5-star standards, the majority of guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stay and are already planning to return.
