From the free upgrade to family rooms to the kids club, indoor kid area and towel monsters made by the cleaners, this hotel is perfect for families with children. The many pools, including a beach type pool suitable for toddlers and the very nice indoor playground with direct access to an outdoor water play area for kids make it an excellent option for a family vacation. The hotel is clearly designed towards families with lots of kids events and areas. However, some guests suggested that the hotel could do better with evening family-friendly activities. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating with special thanks to Henry Zhou from the main restaurant. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, so getting around from the lobby to the room could be tiring. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families with children and the separate building with a large play area and child-friendly restaurant specifically for children makes it even more ideal.
