While some may argue that it's only a good 4-star rating, we beg to differ - this is definitely a 5-star hotel with excellent service! We've stayed in many places across the globe and can say without hesitation that the Viceroy Chicago is one of the best. The only criticism we have is that they could improve the quality a bit more to match their 5-star status. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay in Chicago.
