Despite a few minor issues like a broken hair dryer, a constantly running toilet and some old hair in the drain, guests with disabilities were well-served by the hotel. One guest, who identified as a little person or dwarf, noted that their husband had to help them with some things, but overall the staff was very accommodating. The hotel had plenty of charging outlets available and didn't charge extra for parking, which is essential for a vacation road trip. Although there was a long walk to some rooms, the staff did their best to keep guests with mobility issues closer to the elevator. And despite the presence of dogs (which may be a positive or negative depending on your preference!), the hotel is well-located within walking distance of town. Overall, guests praised the staff for their friendliness and willingness to help, making this hotel a great choice for those with disabilities.
