Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Nestled in a charming setting, Hotel SI Chapala offers a generally positive pool experience to its guests. Visitors consistently highlight the pool as a key feature, describing it as super nice, very nice and even great. Many appreciate its pleasant water temperature, particularly when heated, which has been cited as a favorite aspect. The pool area also receives praise for being well air-conditioned with some mentioning the lovely gardens and great views from the restaurant as added perks.
However, it's worth noting some areas of improvement. The pool is considered a bit small for the number of guests and there have been mixed reviews regarding the water temperature and quality. Several visitors mentioned the pool water being colder than expected with a few noting issues with the water cleanliness and management's response to reported problems.
Despite some drawbacks, the pool area remains a well-appreciated amenity that enhances the overall appeal of the hotel, especially when the heating feature is functioning optimally.
