Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The ibis Périgueux Centre, a three-star hotel, presents a mixed but mostly positive experience according to guest reviews. The hotel facilities, including a small fridge, a small bottle of water and a kettle for tea, cater to basic needs, although some guests noted the kettle was occasionally absent. Bathing amenities such as three towels in the small bathroom are provided, though the bathroom size is notably compact, which some felt was uncharacteristic for a three-star establishment.
Described as a functional and classic Ibis hotel, it largely meets the expectations associated with its three-star rating. The room furnishings are considered standard and more akin to basic hotels, yet overall, the accommodation is perceived as good for a three-star hotel. The decor in the lobby and restaurant is particularly praised for its beauty, elevating the overall ambiance.
Breakfast reviews are divided with some finding it quite ordinary, while others rated it very good, suggesting a variability in guest expectations or experiences. The hotel pricing is assessed as reasonable.
Room and bathroom sizes were points of discontent for some, who felt that they did not meet the full standards of a three-star hotel. Overall, the hotel is viewed as acceptable and good for its rating, though a few guests argued it leans more towards a two-star level in terms of equipment and room size. Despite this, the service quality is generally considered good for a three-star hotel. For travelers looking for a decent, functional stay within a three-star range, Ibis Périgueux Centre largely fits the bill.
