Staff friendliness and helpfulness further contribute positively, although some guests have reported maintenance and cleanliness issues that detracted from their stay.
The hotel's cleanliness standards seem varied, with reports of both clean facilities and notable housekeeping lapses. Clean hot tubs and comfortable beds do receive praise, but inconsistent room upkeep appears to be a recurring theme in guest experiences.
Staff at the hotel receive significant praise for their welcoming and helpful demeanor, often going above and beyond to address guest needs. Noteworthy employees like Charly, Dakota, and Stephanie contribute to a friendly environment that enhances the overall stay for many.
The pool and hot tub experiences are mixed, with some guests enjoying clean, warm water, while others point to maintenance issues affecting their enjoyment. Despite these challenges, when well-maintained, these facilities offer a relaxing retreat.
Finally, while many guests find the beds agreeable and stocked with pillows, some face issues with firmness or condition, pointing to a range of experiences when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Overall, positive reviews focus on the exceptional staff service, convenient location, and room comfort, making it a viable option for visitors seeking value and convenience.
