Smart Hotel La Sagra offers a range of experiences consistent with its three-star rating. Guests generally appreciate the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities, noting that the rooms are spacious and well-kept. Some visitors highlight its attractive pricing and convenient location, making it a practical choice for travelers seeking value.
However, the hotel also shows some drawbacks in its maintenance and service aspects. Several reviews point out shortcomings such as dirty walls and stained bedspreads and the absence of ironing boards in the rooms. While the dealing with staff received mixed reviews, the computerized check-in system stood out as a notable feature. The impersonal nature of the hotel's service reflects its three-star classification with some guests feeling it met expectations while others found it lacking. Despite these complaints, the general sentiment is that Smart Hotel La Sagra offers a decent stay for its category.
