Aparthotel Des Alpes is highly regarded for its superb location, making it an excellent choice for a ski retreat. Conveniently close to ski areas like Alpe Cermis and Alpe Lusia, it offers easy access to ski buses and rental services. Its serene, green environment, coupled with ample parking, ensures both relaxation and practicality, perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking.
The hotel features clean, modern apartments that are praised for their comfort and warmth. Despite some being described as small, they are well-equipped and functional, making them suitable for families. The cleanliness extends across the entire property, reflecting high standards of hygiene in all areas.
Guests consistently commend the friendly and helpful staff, who enhance the overall experience with professional and courteous service. This positive interaction is observed across various facilities including the pool, sauna, playground and the well-regarded on-site restaurant, which offers excellent food and convenient dining options.
While breakfast receives mixed reviews with some guests praising the variety and others noting a need for improvement, the overall dining experience is positive. The restaurant is particularly lauded for its delicious pizza and efficient service.
Additional amenities like the swimming pool, spa, gym and free parking contribute to the hotel's appeal. The pool area, although occasionally crowded, is appreciated for its cleanliness and additional features like a jacuzzi. The gym, while well-kept, could benefit from some updates in equipment.
The free Wi-Fi, however, shows room for improvement with many guests reporting unreliable connectivity, particularly in certain areas of the hotel. Despite this, the strategic location and well-maintained facilities make Aparthotel Des Alpes a strong choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the Italian Alps.

Its idyllic location provides a peaceful retreat immersed in nature, yet remains conveniently close to cable cars and local attractions, making it an appealing destination for nature lovers and families. Guests can enjoy stunning landscapes from their balconies, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation.
The breakfast experience receives overall positive feedback with many guests praising the good or fantastic offerings, although some note a lack of variety, particularly in terms of fruit and vegetables. The internal bar adds convenience and appeal to the morning routine.
For dining, the on-site restaurant and pizzeria "Il Cervo" are frequently praised for their delicious food, especially the pizza. Despite mixed reviews on the menu variety and occasional questions about freshness and pricing, the dining experience is generally appreciated with the takeout option adding flexibility for guests.
The rooms at Veronza Clubresidence are clean and functional, often highlighted for their pristine white linens and well-maintained facilities. Though some rooms may feel small and dated, they are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including kitchenettes. The views from the rooms are generally excellent, though a few guests have encountered less favorable vistas.
Cleanliness is a strong point with numerous positive reviews noting the well-maintained and inviting environment. Both the facilities and accommodations uphold a high standard of hygiene, contributing to a pleasant stay.
The staff at Veronza Clubresidence is widely praised for their friendliness and professionalism. Guests appreciate their multilingual abilities and attentiveness, particularly the reception and cleaning staff. The animation team is well-received, although some suggest more engaging activities for adults.
The amenities, particularly the swimming pool and sauna, are a highlight. The pool facilities are well-organized and clean, enhancing the family-friendly atmosphere.
Parking is convenient with ample free options available, though arriving earlier in the day may ensure easier access to spots. However, the Wi-Fi service receives mixed reviews with many guests noting issues with connectivity throughout the hotel.
One significant area for improvement is the bedding with many guests expressing dissatisfaction with the hardness or sagging of the mattresses and the prevalence of uncomfortable sofa beds. Addressing this would significantly enhance the guests' experience.
In summary, Veronza Clubresidence excels in offering stunning natural views, cleanliness, family-friendly activities and a welcoming staff with the primary area for improvement being the comfort of the beds and Wi-Fi connectivity.
