Hotel Villa Rossa offers a relaxing accommodation experience with close contact with nature, making it a worthwhile destination. Many guests appreciate its ability to live up to a five-star rating with wonderful presentation and flavors in its culinary offerings. However, it appears there is some inconsistency in meeting five-star expectations. While the hotel delivers satisfactory 5-star services, areas such as maintenance and food quality were seen to fall short of the five-star standard by some visitors. Additionally, the entertainment provided for younger children could be more lively to enhance the overall experience. Despite these criticisms, many guests express a desire to return, suggesting a generally positive impression.

EcoHotel Vale do Sol offers a serene escape with a captivating location near São Paulo, providing easy access to cultural attractions like Embu. The picturesque surroundings create a tranquil retreat with abundant outdoor space, ideal for relaxation and family visits. Guests enjoy a diverse breakfast selection featuring made-to-order dishes and unique choices like rapadura and brie cheese. However, dinner experiences are often unsatisfactory, requiring significant culinary and service improvements. Rooms are praised for their cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, offering appealing amenities like hot tubs, although some could benefit from better maintenance and soundproofing. The hotel excels in cleanliness within individual rooms but faces challenges in maintaining common areas and pool hygiene.
The staff at EcoHotel Vale do Sol is renowned for their exceptional service and attentiveness, contributing positively to guest experiences. Despite issues with the inconsistent Wi-Fi and pool cleanliness, the hotel provides a welcoming environment with adequate leisure facilities for families, including playgrounds and varied activities. While the hotel’s rustic charm and thoughtful design enhance its ambiance, there is room for improvement, especially in matching its claimed luxury standards.
