While the main pool can get crowded at times, there is a second option with stunning views. The pool area offers comfortable seating options, although some guests have reported that it can be slippery. The Butlers reserve some of the best chairs early in the day, but the beaches are still spectacular with aggressive surf. The setting by the beach is simply gorgeous and guests can't help but be enamored by it. The waitstaff at the pool can be limited and inconsistent for non-Butler guests, but this does not detract from the overall experience.

The staff are exceptional with guests describing them as "friendly", "helpful" and "polite". The gym and pool area are fantastic with multiple pools to choose from and a well-maintained gym. The hotel is family-friendly with lots of shallow areas for little ones in the pool. Despite some minor issues, such as limited gluten-free and dairy-free options and uncomfortable beds for some guests, Harbor Club St Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton is a stunning hotel experience and worth paying for a luxurious stay.
