The location is perfect for both business and pleasure travelers who are looking for a peaceful retreat that is still convenient for some sightseeing around Carryduff and Belfast. Guests especially appreciate how close the hotel is to Belfast while still feeling like a secluded getaway. The house itself is in a beautiful location that has even been described as looking like the Belfast alps and the area was covered in snow during one visit. Glynvohr House is also great for a secluded Northern Ireland trip, as it is only 20 minutes from the heart of Belfast by car or taxi. The host is fantastic and guests keep coming back for the convenient location and peacefulness of the countryside.

The grandeur of the house is just incredible and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely, clean, modern and attractive designs. Though some of the bedrooms have shared bathrooms and are not en suite, guests have testified of the rooms being well designed, comfortable and very welcoming. The bathrooms are stunning and the only thing private in the house is your bedroom. All guests that have stayed agree that Glynvohr House is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit for anyone seeking a comfortable room in a gorgeous location.

Adrian could not have been any more accommodating and nothing was too much for him. He went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a comfortable stay and was genuinely the nicest man many had met in a long time. Guests repeatedly called him the perfect host, a fantastic host, a lovely host and a super host. Adrian's efforts were greatly appreciated, as he was constantly praised for his hospitality, generosity and outgoing personality. All in all, the staff at Glynvohr House, led by the exceptional Adrian, were fantastic and deserving of high praise.

Guests rave about the pool area at Glynvohr House, which boasts a fantastic selection of amenities – from hot tubs to saunas – that visitors of all ages can enjoy. Children in particular loved the pool and its surrounding toys with one 10 year old niece said to have had the best time of all. Despite one broken hot tub and the requirement to ask for permission to use the pool each time, guests were still blown away by the facilities on offer. The swimming pool, sauna and hot tubs were deemed to be unreal with the latter being a firm favourite for many. With plenty of towels and toys available, Glynvohr House's pool area is a real highlight of the hotel – and one that should not be missed!
