The staff are friendly and welcoming and the lodges are clean and cosy with lovely views of the lake. The on-site restaurant offers a good variety of delicious food, although some guests experienced delays in their meals. The resort is well-equipped with fantastic facilities, including a leisure center with a gym and spa services. While some guests had issues with cleanliness and outdated rooms, the majority found the property and accommodations to be immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional with guests being particularly grateful for the help they received from Selina and Annie. Pine Lake Resort is an excellent choice for families with ample space for large family get-togethers and entertainment specifically catered to children. While some guests found the beds to be uncomfortable, the resort is actively addressing any issues regarding the beds. Overall, Pine Lake Resort is a great place to stay and a lovely option for those who want to explore the Lake District or just relax in a beautiful and convenient location.
