Receptionist Sara received high praise for her friendly and accommodating service. Unfortunately, there were a few rare instances of unfriendly bar and breakfast staff, but the majority of the team were superb. Even the ladies in the spa made guests feel welcome and at home. The service and atmosphere were great, but the hotel could use some updates. Despite this, the truly lovely, approachable and accommodating staff made our stay amazing!
