The Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa is a fantastic 4-star hotel with exceptional service and facilities. Guests praise the friendly and attentive staff, delicious food and drinks and beautiful location with tours and shuttle support readily available. The hotel has a special ambiance that makes everyone feel welcome and many guests find it even more beautiful in person than in pictures. While some guests feel it falls short of a 5-star rating, the only complaints are minor inefficiencies that could be improved.
