Peñiscola Plaza Suites is commendable for its accessibility, making it a comfortable choice for guests with disabilities. The hotel is described as wheelchair-friendly and mobility-friendly with well-maintained and well-equipped facilities. Accessibility is a significant highlight, featuring many ramps and elevators, including accessible rooms and an accessible pool with a hydraulic lift to ensure ease of access.
The competent and accommodating staff further enhance the experience, providing good service and helpful assistance. The overall layout of the hotel is thoughtfully designed for people with reduced mobility with exemplary accessibility in most areas.
However, some areas could improve, such as the long corridors that might be challenging for some guests and the low lighting in hallways affecting those with vision issues. Also, certain parts of the hotel, including La Brasserie restaurant, are not as accessible for people with reduced mobility. Moreover, there are occasional cleanliness concerns regarding glasses and dishes from the buffet and the pool lawn's condition could be better.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Peñiscola Plaza Suites stands out for its comprehensive accessibility features, making it a suitable option for travelers with various accessibility needs.
