Sunrise All Suites Resort - All Inclusive offers a serene and picturesque escape near the tranquil town of Obzor, with a splendid location close to a stunning private beach, lush vegetation, and well-maintained open fields. Guests appreciate the convenience and beauty of the easily accessible, beautifully maintained beach with ample free sunbeds and umbrellas. The resort's peaceful atmosphere provides an ideal setting for relaxation, appealing especially to those seeking a tranquil retreat rather than a lively environment.
The breakfast at the resort generally receives positive feedback for its satisfying selection, particularly the variety of cakes, despite some repetition and room for improvement in the quality of cold cuts and cheeses. Dinner also garners appreciation for its diverse culinary offerings, including popular cakes and evening grill selections. The à la carte restaurant is especially noted for high-quality food, although there are occasional long waits for tables and limited drink options.
Room experiences at the resort are a mixed collection, with guests enjoying spacious accommodations suitable for relaxation. Many find the rooms clean and tidy, but feedback indicates that some aspects, such as thorough cleaning and maintenance of furniture, could improve. Enhancements in these areas could elevate the overall guest experience to match the anticipated 4-star standard.
The resort excels in maintaining clean pools and communal areas, contributing to a calm environment even during peak periods. Nonetheless, room cleanliness has seen inconsistent feedback, with some guests highlighting areas needing attention such as more frequent housekeeping and detail-oriented cleaning services.
Interactions with the staff receive varied responses, with standout mentions of exceptionally helpful team members like Kristyan and Katya enhancing guest satisfaction. While many guests describe the staff as attentive and friendly, improvements in welcoming demeanor and English language proficiency could further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the impressive service at spots like the à la carte restaurant contributes significantly to the charm of staying at Sunrise All Suites Resort.

The main restaurant and specialty dining options, particularly the Fisherman's Restaurant, generally receive positive feedback for their diverse and flavorful dishes. The cleanliness across the resort is often highlighted with both private and public areas, including pools and beaches, maintaining high hygiene standards. The staff is frequently noted for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to the guest experience. The spa facilities, featuring heated pools, a salt room and various treatments, add to the resort's premium offerings, although occasional overcrowding is noted.
Families find HVD Reina del Mar particularly accommodating with numerous activities and facilities for children, including pools, playgrounds and a children's club. The entertainment programs are well-received, though activities for older children might need enhancement. Free, secure parking further enhances the convenience for families traveling by car.
