ASTI Hotel Busan Station presents itself as a solid four-star accommodation with many guests appreciating the helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel boasts good facilities and clean rooms, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, some reviews highlighted areas for improvement, such as the variety of the breakfast options and the absence of certain amenities like bathrobes. While the hotel maintains four-star comfort, some felt it leaned more towards being a business and transit hotel rather than a true four-star experience. There were occasional mentions of dated furnishings and overall cleanliness that didn't meet the highest standards, suggesting the hotel could benefit from some updates. Nonetheless, for a four-star establishment, many found the hotel adequately clean with a satisfactory level of service.

Overall, it is considered a great and luxurious place to stay, offering a satisfying experience for visitors. Accommodation on higher floors, such as the 19th, adds to the appeal with potentially stunning views.
