Some guests have reported poor internet access limited to only the pool area with bad connections, broken wifi that couldn't be fixed and limited coverage in the rooms. However, the hotel reception did their best to offer alternative networks, despite their weak signal. On the positive side, some guests found good wifi reception at the pool and restaurant areas and the common areas had decent connectivity. While the wifi may not be perfect, the Residence Bouganvillage still offers excellent amenities and attractions for a comfortable stay.
