These large and light rooms have sweeping views over the Atlantic Ocean and Summerleaze Beach and cliffs. There is a fridge with fresh milk for your Tea and coffee. These rooms also have the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Sea View Twin Room A spacious room on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and a modern en-suite shower room, with luxury organic toiletries and large bath sheets. There is a seating area with scenic views over the canal, downs and beach. A flat-screen digital TV with Freeview channels is also provided.

Standard Twin Room A first-floor large standard twin room with a double bed and a single bed and a Smart TV. The en-suite shower room has Cornish toiletries. Large bath sheets, hand towels and a hairdryer are also included.

Standard Single Room These second-floor rooms are furnished to a high standard with modern en suite shower rooms, Smart TV, and hospitality trays.

Sea View Double Luxury Bathroom First-floor double room with sea view and a large luxurious and elegant bathroom consisting of a large walk-in shower, double basins, toilet and Whirl pool bath. Double bedroom with Smart TV. It has views of the beach and canal.
