The breakfast is spectacular with a variety of fresh fruit and good quality meals on the menu and the breakfast area is located in a beautiful garden with pools. The hotel provides ample and clean accommodation options with some rooms offering spacious interiors, comfortable beds and pillows and stunning views from their terraces. The installations are beautiful, comfortable and very clean and the staff is out of this world, super friendly, professional and attentive. The pool area is breathtaking with multiple pools, luxurious Balinese beds, sun beds and a pool bar and the hotel's proximity to the beach is a major highlight of the property. The hotel provides both indoor and outdoor parking areas with free parking available for all guests. Despite some complaints about the restaurant's limited menu, high prices and low quality, overall, the hotel is a fabulous place to stay with stunning installations, professional and courteous staff and impeccably maintained facilities.

Their infinity pool is one of the best attractions of the hotel - with breathtaking sunset views that can't be beaten. Though there is an extra fee to access the roof terrace with the pool, it's worth it for the stunning views and comfortable seating. Guests also loved the friendly and helpful staff with a shoutout to Ani who works at the bar by the infinity pool. Some guests did mention that they wished the pool area was open for longer hours, but overall, the infinity pool was a highlight of guests' stays at the hotel.
