The pools are filled with hot mineral water and offer great views of the Tatra mountains. The spa/pool facilities are excellent and guests have unlimited access to them. The thermal baths are a highlight and guests can easily spend hours enjoying them. The hotel also offers a free access to 5 types of sauna and various pools in their spa. Some guests have noted issues with overcrowding and messy guests leaving glasses in the swim area, but overall, the number and quality of pools is fantastic.
