Despite that, the pool and hot tub were great, clean and available to use for guests. Some guests criticized the indoor pool, saying it was too cold and very small. Another downside was that the pool seemed to be open to the public, which meant it got congested with people who weren't staying at the hotel. Furthermore, some guests found it annoying that there were no staff members available until 4 pm and it was frustrating to come out wet and have to go inside. Overall, the pool and hot tub remain a highlight of this hotel, coupled with comfortable rooms and a great location for the Ironman Race venue.
