The Westin Bellevue is known for its exceptional staff who provide amazing and friendly service to guests. The front of house team is especially great and the front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. There are, unfortunately, some instances where the management can be rude and unhelpful. However, the valet and parking attendants, as well as the room service attendant, are absolutely fabulous and kind people who genuinely care about their guests. Despite some mixed experiences with room service, the overall customer service is great with polite and helpful staff always ready to assist. Overall, The Westin Bellevue's staff is exceptional, although there's always room for improvement in friendliness and customer service skills.
