Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is generally considered a three-star establishment, offering facilities that are decent but not remarkable. Guests found the amenities to be adequate for its rating, although it falls short of providing a four-star experience, primarily due to lapses in service. While the hotel boasts all the essential amenities, it lacks certain conveniences such as housekeeping, room service, a coffee pot, microwave and fridge in the rooms.
During some stays, maintenance closures affected the availability of facilities and restaurants, which was disappointing for guests. Some also noted that the mattress quality was subpar, affecting overall comfort. Additionally, the high room prices did not quite match the level of service and accommodations provided, leading to a perception of less value for money.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's offerings were considered fair for a three-star rating, meeting basic expectations but leaving room for improvements in both service and amenities to possibly elevate its standing in the future.
