M Boutique Hotel offers guests a stay that balances affordability with satisfactory comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are clean and presentable, providing good value for money. Despite being compact, they serve their purpose well for a stay in a three-star establishment. There might be some noise issues due to thin room doors and nearby karaoke bars, so light sleepers may need to be cautious. Guests have noted that not everything in the gym is fully functional and water tends to accumulate in the bathroom and toilet areas, but overall the facilities are in line with three-star expectations. Breakfast is not available on-site but can be enjoyed at a connected cafe. While it may look like a high-end hotel from the outside, the services and facilities live up to its actual three-star rating.
