The infinity pool is spectacular with its stunning views of the bay and there is plenty of shade under the umbrellas provided. The hotel also provides cute beach bags for guests. Around the resort, guests can witness lots of animals. The staff are all friendly and lovely. However, some guests mention that the maintenance carried out during the day could be a bit much and some complain that there are not enough quality sunbed mattresses or towels. The only other negative feedback is that there are limited chairs and loungers by the main pool and the hotel's organized activities are relatively expensive. Despite these minor flaws, guests enjoyed the pool area and the services provided with the infinity pool being a particular highlight.
