The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel offers a tempting spa experience and two rooftop pools, both of which are very clean and offer a relaxing stay. While the breakfast may not suit all tastes, it is generally considered adequate and with room for improvement. The hotel offers limited parking space, but guests were able to park their cars safely in the hotel's parking area. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at Stay with Nimman Chiang Mai and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.
