However, some guests found the pool to be small and cold and there were not enough sun loungers in the wellness area. Sauna and pool areas are on separate floors and some guests noted that the pool was chilly. Despite this, the hotel staff are accommodating and kind, even extending pool hours upon request. Although some guests mentioned being uncomfortable with nudity in the outdoor pool and sauna area, the overall pool experience at Häcker's Grand Hotel is top-notch.
