Borj Des Cascades & Spa offers an impressive pool experience that stands out for its scenic beauty and tranquility. The hotel boasts two remarkable infinity pools, each providing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes and the majestic waterfalls. The rooftop pool, in particular, is highlighted as a stunning spot, offering panoramic vistas that capture the essence of the natural beauty around. Despite some reports of the rooftop pool needing more maintenance at times, guests describe it as a delightful experience, especially when enjoyed under the stars or with the backdrop of a lit chimney on cooler nights. The ambience around the pools is generally described as magical and peaceful, contributing to a breathable and relaxing environment. With spacious and beautifully fashioned pool areas, the hotel offers visitors a serene escape with ample seating and vantage points to soak in the views. While some guests noted the underutilization of the facilities during less busy times, the overall experience is accented by the splendid location, allowing for a harmonized blend of luxury and nature.

The pool at Hotel France Ouzoud receives varied feedback from guests. Many find it to be a large and clean facility, offering a refreshing and enjoyable experience, especially appreciated by families with children. The pool's presence, combined with a beautiful garden setting, contributes to a relaxing atmosphere in this conveniently located hotel near the waterfalls. However, there are frequent mentions of the pool being closed or not filled with water, often due to maintenance or being out of operation outside the summer season. This has been a source of disappointment for some guests. Nonetheless, the amiable presence of the owner, Mohamed, and the flexibility of the staff in catering breakfast preferences add to the overall positive experience at the hotel.
