While a car is necessary to visit smaller coves along the highway to Sounio, restaurants and supermarkets are easily drivable and some even within walking distance. The location provides peace and quiet, as it is nestled on a quiet side street on a hill. Although some guests noted pathways could be improved for walking, the overall location was praised as good and calm. Visitors can enjoy attractions such as the Poseidon Temple and the islands in close proximity.
