Although some guests noted that only two of the three pools were included in their stay, they still appreciated the nice locations and the couple of different pools to swim in. The hotel also has an indoor pool, which was great for kids on a rainy day. The beach and outdoor pool were also well-received with guests noting that even in colder weather, the tented outdoor pool area with heaters made for a pleasant swim. The only downside was that the white curtain dividing the pool from the next area obscured the illuminated view. Guests found the rental carts very convenient for getting around the hotel quickly and recommended a ride around the full Kanucha circuit.
