Summary of reviews related to the '5 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Novotel Trabzon receives a mix of reviews regarding its five-star rating and the quality of its facilities and services. Some guests believe it provides true five-star service and could easily pass off as a five-star property, making it one of the best five-star hotels in Trabzon. They particularly praise the location and overall experience, describing it as excellent.
However, several others feel that the hotel falls short of five-star standards. Many reviewers note that the furniture and bed are of average quality and the facilities inside the rooms are lacking. Issues such as a poor Wi-Fi network, outdated furnishings and a need for renovation are frequently mentioned. Additionally, the behavior of the employees has been cited as not up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.
Overall, while some guests find the Novotel Trabzon to be the top choice in its category in Trabzon, others argue it is more accurately a four-star establishment offering a mix of positive experiences and areas needing improvement.
