However, it is disappointing that they charge extra for the use of the steam room, sauna and hot tub, which should be included given the high price of the hotel. The Jacuzzi was not as warm as expected, but being able to purchase access to the hot tub and spa facilities was a great option. The thermal experience was also very good and we especially enjoyed the booked luxury suite with a hot tub. It was a shame that the mud for the mud experience was not included. The hotel provides a great spa experience overall and the outside Jacuzzi was a great addition to our stay.
