Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Sael's pool area has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from guests. On the positive side, many guests appreciate the pool's large size, describing it as big and excellent. When well-maintained, the pool is noted to be clean, pleasant and accompanied by nice facilities, including enjoyable games and recreation areas.
However, maintenance appears to be a major concern. Reviews mention that the pool often appears dirty with some guests encountering issues like broken tiles and green moss. Reports of hair and noticeable water issues suggest lapses in cleanliness. Some guests noted a lack of music around the pool area, which might affect the ambiance.
The pool schedule is another point of contention. Guests have mentioned that the pool's limited operating hours—from 9 am to 6 pm—feel too restrictive. Furthermore, adherence to the schedule is inconsistent with some visitors mentioning that the pool closes earlier than stated.
Overall, while the pool at Hotel Sael has the potential to be a highlight due to its size and facilities, it requires more consistent cleaning and maintenance to meet the expectations of its guests.
