The staff provides excellent service, however, some guests did not feel it was up to 5-star standards. Despite this, many guests, including seasoned travelers, have found no other 5-star hotel that has satisfied them like San Barbato. It's truly an exceptional hotel that provides an excellent experience, making it a must-visit for those looking for a true 5-star experience.
