Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Radisson Blu Resort in Goa presents itself as a charming and well-maintained retreat favored by many travelers, particularly those on family vacations. Its strategic location near the serene and clean Mobor Beach offers private access, providing guests with a peaceful and secluded experience. The resort's beautiful architecture, amid lush greenery and well-appointed rooms, enhances the overall appeal. Generous praise for the resort's facilities, including the spacious and cozy rooms, highlights the general comfort and cleanliness maintained by an attentive staff, though some areas like soundproofing and room updates could benefit from improvements.
Dining at the resort is a notable highlight with breakfast often lauded for its extensive variety and high quality catering to both Indian and Western palates. The Upper Deck restaurant and the Greek restaurant, Greco, receive positive feedback, although some believe the dinner buffet could offer more diverse options. The courteous and helpful restaurant staff contribute significantly to the pleasant dining experiences.
The friendliness and exceptional service of the staff are a consistent theme across reviews with many guests acknowledging their responsiveness and eagerness to assist. Instances of personalized attention, such as accommodating dietary needs and celebrating special occasions, add to the welcoming atmosphere.
While the pool area is generally praised for its size and family-friendly amenities, some reviews suggest improvements in privacy and staff service at the poolside bar. Despite these minor points, the activities available and clean, temperature-controlled water enhance the resort's appeal.
Radisson Blu Resort also caters well to families, offering spacious, comfortable rooms and fun activities for children, contributing to an ideal family vacation environment. However, consistent issues with unreliable WiFi and occasional maintenance lapses in room cleanliness are areas needing attention. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at Radisson Blu Resort, Goa, is highly favorable, characterized by excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings and an inviting, well-maintained property.
