Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Casa do Adro Hotel provides an aesthetically pleasing environment and excellent facilities, which include good parking options. Overall, guests generally found their stays satisfactory with no major negative points. However, there are consistent concerns regarding the hotel's four-star rating. Many guests noted that the amenities and services did not align with what is expected of a four-star hotel. Specific areas of disappointment include the weak breakfast offerings and the quality of hygiene products such as combined shampoo and shower gel. The bathrooms, despite being new and up-to-date, were not as clean as anticipated. There were also mentions of missing details and basic amenities that one might expect from a hotel of this rating. Ultimately, while the hotel has positive aspects, several guests felt that the quality and range of services provided fall short of four-star standards.
