Beautifully restored, it begins its path of renewal in 2012 to finish in the summer of 2013.
The elegance of simple things is the strength of this Masseria built in a school in the '30s and it’s part of the village of Frassanito. Just 11 km far from the village, 31 km from Lecce and 1,5 km from the sea, Masseria Prosperi lives in the countryside of Otranto, in the area of Frassanito, Alimini, very famous for the sea and the wind, especially for lovers of kite surfing.
The Masseriua consists of one big living room, dining room and kitchen; a comfortable relaxing area with indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, steam room, massage room and locker rooms. Offers its guests six bedrooms, different for category: Classic room on the first floor, two Superior rooms on the ground floor (one with fireplace) and three Suite rooms on the first floor.
Rooms are different in size, location, view or access to the terrace; have a private bathroom with bathtub or large showers and are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, mini bar, safe, television, free wifi, Geneva system compatible with iPHONE, hair dryer, welcome body products, bathrobe and slippers for access to the relaxing area, towels for the beach and pools.
The underfloor heating, two fireplaces and a large relaxing area with indoor heated pool, making the Masseria ideal for winter stays.
The cozy pergola and outdoor swimming pool located in the garden of the Masseria, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the paddock of horses and donkeys, will make it even more welcoming, attractive and particular the stay.
Both pools are salt water.
The farm offers its guests bicycles, archery, gym, bowling alley and for those who already knew to ride horses, is possible to organize walks in the countryside, lakes or beach (in the winter); also for those who want to come on holiday with their own horse, the farm has boxes with a large paddock.
Massages, treatments, transference, cooking and gardening classes are available.
On booking, is possible to enjoy lunch or dinner, with fresh fish and vegetables from our garden.
The farm is also available for events such as weddings, birthdays, private dinner parties and “afternoon on relax”.
Outside the Farm: beaches with convention, Golf at 18 Km, boat trips, Airfield 5 Km.
