The saltwater pool is a highlight with great water quality and guests love the addition of a rock sauna and whirlpool. Although the new pool reservation policy limits the amount of time per day guests can spend in the pool (one hour), it ensures that the pool is always very clean. Despite some complaints about the inconvenience of the reservation policy, guests still find the pool to be a magical and gorgeous addition to the resort. Towels and robes provided are of high quality and the limited access to the pool/hot tub at a time ensures an intimate and relaxing experience. While some guests may find the lack of a bar and restaurant choices disappointing, the easy access to the sky tram and beautifully designed pool make it a worthwhile destination.
