Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
'تــرامونتــان' has garnered numerous positive reviews across several categories, making it a favorable choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience and hospitality.
Nestled close to the international road between Riyadh and Jordan, the hotel's prime location is frequently praised. Guests appreciate its easy access to major roads and proximity to services, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping center. The peaceful and calm ambience, combined with its location on the outskirts of Hail, offers a tranquil respite from city noise, further enhancing its appeal. Complimentary parking and proximity to amenities like McDonald's add to the convenience.
Rooms at Tramontane are described as clean, spacious and well-equipped, making them ideal for both small and larger groups, thanks to features like connecting doors and ample sunlight. Positive mentions highlight the attractive interior designs and overall pleasant environment. While there are minor complaints about old carpets, occasional maintenance issues and the absence of kitchen facilities, many guests still find the rooms to offer good value for the price.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with many highlighting the pristine condition of the rooms and common areas. The hotel's organized and well-maintained environment greatly contributes to a comfortable stay. Although some minor issues like hallway vacuuming and occasional odors were noted, the overall impression of cleanliness and hygiene remains positive.
The staff at Tramontane receive high commendations for their exceptional service, professionalism and friendly demeanor. The reception team, particularly Mr. Bandar Al-Anzi and Ms. Sarah from customer service, are frequently mentioned for their respectful and efficient service. The housekeeping staff also contribute to the positive experience, maintaining clean and inviting rooms. Isolated comments about less satisfactory behavior are outweighed by the general consensus of staff dedication and professionalism.
However, the hotel's Wi-Fi service is an area with room for improvement. Guests report inconsistent internet quality with some rooms having satisfactory connectivity while others encounter frequent disruptions. This might pose an inconvenience for those relying on reliable online access.
Guest experiences with the beds are mixed. While many praise the beds for their comfort and cleanliness, others have noted discomfort due to old mattresses and worn-out bed sheets. This inconsistency in bedding quality highlights an area for potential enhancement.
Overall, Tramontane stands out for its accessible location, cleanliness and outstanding staff service. Despite some areas requiring attention, the hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming environment, making it a recommended choice for travelers.
