The hotel's staff is incredibly child-friendly, making every guest feel welcome, especially families with children. There are many child-friendly options, such as pony rides and the butler service is outstanding, making the stay very smooth. Although some guests, have commented that the kids club is not maintained and that more entertainment for kids could be added, the overall experience is still fantastic, especially for families looking for a few days to unwind. Even the most senior guests who never like spas or pools enjoyed taking a swim at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous family holiday experience at the edge of the desert!
