Historic Aparthotel
The property dates back to 1800s with the first terrace built in 1892. From 1912 until 1937, it was home to Holdfast Bay Preparatory College, a prestigious boy school. The property and those surrounding it still retain the old-world feeling with its stained glass windows, detailed high plaster ceilings and floorboards. Recently, the hotel partnered with Che Chorley and Dave Court to create a 12-meter high art on the seawall.

At the beach are the opportunity to fish from a jetty, go dolphin watching, or ride a boat cruise. Other excursions offered for beachgoers to enjoy are a large sailing catamaran, a beach segway tour, or an indoor amusement park. For a more casual experience, guests can head to the walking and biking track just a few minutes away to travel along the coast.
