Experience a wonderful start to each day at The Sanchaya with their amazing breakfast spread. Guests love the breakfast here, as every item is created with attention to presentation and taste. The food is excellent and one of the best that some guests have tasted. Expect freshly squeezed juices, quality ingredients and phenomenal meals. The option of trying different cuisines is also available, making each meal a delightful experience. Even the taste and presentation of the dishes set the benchmark for quality food. In addition, the hotel has a decent spread for lunch and dinner, ensuring superb and delicious food throughout your stay. Start your day right with The Sanchaya's superb breakfast!
The dinner experience at The Sanchaya is truly a class of its own with two restaurant options to choose from. Guests can choose to dine on the balcony for a stunning view while enjoying the delicious food, particularly the amazing seafood bbq. The hotel even provides repellent at the dinner table, which is a lovely touch. Although the food selection and quality could improve at the pool restaurant, Chef Budi still went above and beyond to prepare some unforgettable, special dishes. Overall, guests agree that the food is simply perfect, although the cost of the meals may be a little high.
The Sanchaya is a beautiful resort that boasts stunningly beautiful rooms. Whether you're staying in the lovely and spacious Sanchaya Suite or the gorgeous black n white bungalows with beautiful interior decor, expect to be impressed with the beautifully designed and decorated rooms that are exceptional. The bedding and toiletries quality are top-level. While some rooms unfortunately had issues of pests e.g. mossies and cockroaches probably due to the long break in pandemic, the comfortable bed and luxurious atmosphere made up for it. The only downside was the limited shower pressure in some rooms and the vanity area and walk-in wardrobe could be bigger and wider in the master bedroom.
When it comes to hospitality, The Sanchaya takes it to the next level. The staff here are not just well-trained, they're exceptional. Friendly and welcoming, they made sure to learn our names and were attentively aware of our every need. From Enu & Eku who provided exceptional service, to every single staff member who showed genuine hospitality, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was par excellence and even beyond words. The staff here are truly extraordinary - super kind and superbly courteous, we felt like we were staying with old friends. If you're looking for a stay where the staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, The Sanchaya is the place for you.
